Follow these simple steps to set up your eSIM on your Android device
Open your phone's Settings app
Go to Network & Internet or Connections
Tap on Mobile network or SIM card manager
Find and select the option to add an eSIM
Choose to scan the QR code provided in your email
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup
If prompted, enter the confirmation code provided by us
Open Settings > Connections > SIM card manager
Tap Add mobile plan or Add eSIM
Choose to scan QR code or enter details manually
For dual SIM: Select Use dual SIM > Add using QR code
Wait for eSIM profile download
Name your eSIM and set preferences
Open the Settings app
Tap on Network & Internet
Select Mobile network or + Add carrier
Tap on Download a SIM instead
Scan the QR code provided in your email
Wait for the eSIM profile to download and activate
Set your preferences for calls, texts, and data
Ensure your device is carrier-unlocked
Make sure you have a stable internet connection
Restart your device if installation fails
Contact your carrier if you need the eSIM unlocked
