Access your dashboard to manage your eSIMs and account details.
Logging into your GitSim account is quick and secure. Here's how you can access your dashboard:
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
You have two easy ways to get to the login prompt:

Via the Homepage:
- Visit the GitSim homepage.
- Click on the "Login" button, typically located in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

Directly to the Dashboard:
You will be prompted to log in.
Step 2: Enter Your Email for a One-Time Password
GitSim uses a secure, passwordless login system.
- You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your GitSim account.
- If you enter your email, we will send a one-time password (OTP) to that address.
- Alternatively, if you signed up using your Gmail account, you can click the "Sign in with Google" button.
Important: This is the only method to log in. We do not use traditional passwords for enhanced security.
Step 3: Use Your One-Time Password
- You should receive an email from GitSim almost immediately. This email will contain a 6-digit code.
- Enter this 6-digit code into the login prompt on the website.
- Please note that the code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, you'll need to request a new one by re-entering your email.
Didn't Receive the Email?
If you don't see the email with your OTP, please try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, emails can be mistakenly filtered.
- Wait a minute or two: Occasionally, there might be a slight delay in email delivery.
- Still no email? If you've waited and checked your spam folder, and the email still hasn't arrived, please contact our support team directly at support@help.gitsim.com for assistance.
Step 4: Access Your Dashboard
Once you've successfully entered the OTP, you'll be logged into your GitSim dashboard. From here, you can:
- View all your active and past eSIMs.
- Manage your bundles, including checking your current data usage, how much data you have left, and the remaining days on your plan.
- Review your recent transactions.
- Update your account settings.
