How do I login to my GitSim account?

Access your dashboard to manage your eSIMs and account details.

Logging into your GitSim account is quick and secure. Here's how you can access your dashboard:

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

You have two easy ways to get to the login prompt:

  1. Via the Homepage:

    • Visit the GitSim homepage.
    • Click on the "Login" button, typically located in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. Directly to the Dashboard:

You will be prompted to log in.

Step 2: Enter Your Email for a One-Time Password

GitSim uses a secure, passwordless login system.

  • You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your GitSim account.
  • If you enter your email, we will send a one-time password (OTP) to that address.
  • Alternatively, if you signed up using your Gmail account, you can click the "Sign in with Google" button.

Important: This is the only method to log in. We do not use traditional passwords for enhanced security.

Step 3: Use Your One-Time Password

  • You should receive an email from GitSim almost immediately. This email will contain a 6-digit code.
  • Enter this 6-digit code into the login prompt on the website.
  • Please note that the code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, you'll need to request a new one by re-entering your email.

Didn't Receive the Email?

If you don't see the email with your OTP, please try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, emails can be mistakenly filtered.
  2. Wait a minute or two: Occasionally, there might be a slight delay in email delivery.
  3. Still no email? If you've waited and checked your spam folder, and the email still hasn't arrived, please contact our support team directly at support@help.gitsim.com for assistance.

Step 4: Access Your Dashboard

Once you've successfully entered the OTP, you'll be logged into your GitSim dashboard. From here, you can:

  • View all your active and past eSIMs.
  • Manage your bundles, including checking your current data usage, how much data you have left, and the remaining days on your plan.
  • Review your recent transactions.
  • Update your account settings.
